Dr. Kirby accepts Medicare (not Medicaid) and most major PPO (not HMO) insurance plans and, whenever possible, bills a patient's insurance.
Not all services (including most cosmetic procedures) are covered by insurance. Please note our pricing structure (subject to change at any time):
- New patient office visit (usually covered by insurance): $

- Restylane: $ per 1.0 cc, $ for second syringe, and $ for third syringe
- Juvéderm: $ per 0.8 cc, $ for second syringe, and $ for third syringe
- Radiesse (formerly Radiance): $ per syringe
- Chemical Peels: $ to $
(some chemical peels are covered by insurance)
- Mirco-Dermabrasion: $ (occasionally covered by insurance)
- Acne Cyst Injections (multiple cyst injections with Intra-lesional Kenalog): $
